In June, the sky is still clear blue. In a season like this, they made for a wine party, then waved to say goodbye. When graduating, everyone had his or her own distinctive memorable ceremony.
Hitting the red carpet, attending a wine party and awarding a funny award had always been the traditional graduation events for students in Foreign Language Department, Southeast University. In June 3rd, longuette and full dress dazzled all the observers. In Foreign Language Department, belle is never short of, instead, male partners became the rage at the market.
Male Circulating On the Red Carpet
On the night of June 3rd, Foreign Language Department in Southeast University held its 2011 Undergraduate and 2013 Postgraduate Graduation Wine Party in Circular Lecture Hall, Jiu Longhu Campus. The first ceremony was that teachers and students walking on the red carpet. Faculty leadership and teachers all wore suits and longuttes in attendance. What’s more, the graduates were dressed in various grande toilette gorgeous enough to attract the passers-by. This one had a goddess style while that one fascinated you with classical mode.
“Zhang Zhi, why are you walking again?” At the end of the carpet, classmates talked with Zhang Zhi, “Is this your 14th time to be on the carpet?” In fact, 2011 Undergraduates in Foreign Language Department consists of only 78 students, only 6 are men, which means that male partners are in great short of. As a result, girls could only “borrow” partners from other departments, inviting male professors or simply, demanding the same boy to walk again and again.
Awarding Special Prizes
After walking on the red carpet, it is time to start the wine party formally. One important segment of the party was awarding certain graduates with distinct prizes. Nevertheless, the awards were not the typical ones such as “Outstanding Student Leaders” but intriguing ones such as “Goddess Sisters”, “Best Procrastination Award”, “Geek Otaku” and “The Last Award”.
Sun Wanlin from Class One, English Department was awarded the “Unmatched Geek Otaku& Engineering Deity& Faculty Beauty” prize. The organizing committee gave the following reasons: Sun is good at computer technology. She established the “Faculty Beauty Quick-Fried Pork Intestine Studio” and filmed many interesting videos. Also, she played an positive role in department’s Student Union. Most importantly, as a girl learning liberal arts, Sun took part in the entrance examination for postgraduate schools and was admitted by School of Automation in Southeast University. Even the Dean of School of Automation was surprised since many undergraduate students in the school failed to enter the Graduate College.
“The Last Award” was conferred on all the male students in Foreign Language Department for the efforts they devoted to the school. During the past four years, they did all the physical work, providing the girls with reliable shoulders. They fully deserve the award.
According to Secretary Tang, this is the fifth time for Foreign Language Department to hold such parties. The party has won favor with a great majority of students and will be continued in the following years.
Sending Some Words to Time
After putting on performances, Faculty Counsellor Xu Xuening invited the present students to draw envelopes from her. In the envelopes lied a postcard and a letter— “To The Last Day of 2012”, it is the letter written in 2012 and Counsellor Xu reminded the students of their feelings in sophomore year, dating them back to two years ago.

Youth gives you assertive laugh and inexplicable pain”
All those words written in the postcard, the whispering to self or to youth were frozen in the paper, inspiring everybody to think back and look forward to the future.
