个人简介

本科毕业于东南大学,先后获得中国科学院大学硕士学位和英属哥伦比亚大学博士学位,得克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心和新墨西哥大学AIM中心从事博士后研究,20239月加入东南大学yh533388银河,任副研究员。


研究方向

溶酶体损伤是一种在众多疾病中常见的细胞病变,这些疾病包括病原体感染(例如新冠病毒感染)、老年性疾病(比如神经退行性疾病)、以及环境污染(包括PM2.5微粒)相关的疾病。细胞如何在内外压力和刺激下维持包括溶酶体在内的内部稳态平衡是其最基础和本质的功能之一。本课题组旨在研究溶酶体在应激压力下与其他细胞器或细胞结构的联动机制以及自噬在其中的作用。
