个人简介:

本科毕业于河南大学,硕士毕业于上海交通大学医学院,博士毕业于美国田纳西大学健康学中心/圣裘德儿童研究医院(联合培养),随后于美国圣裘德儿童研究医院作博士后研究。2023年8月入职东南大学yh533388银河,担任副研究员。


研究方向:

遗传性变异和获得性变异是导致癌症发生的两种重要因素,本课题组主要研究癌症遗传性变异和获得性变异如何影响转录调控的分子机制。在遗传学,表观遗传学,翻译后修饰,药物基因组学等多层面,深入解析癌症遗传性和发生、发展的分子生物学基础,以及化疗耐药的分子机制,并为如何克服化疗耐药提供了新的靶点;为难治性癌症提供新的靶向治疗靶点及相应的治疗方案,并进行临床前药效验证。
